Return Policy:

Item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise. Returns made within 30 days of the delivery date are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.

The customer must send the item(s) back to The Mansion with the original packaging. The shipping fees for returning the item will not be included in the refund. This will balance out restocking fees.

Once the item(s) are received by The Mansion personnel, the refund will be processed and sent out to the customer in the original form of payment.

Customers can choose to be refunded in the form of in-store credit. For in-store credit email customerservice@themansionstore.com with details on the return. In-store credit returns can be made up to 60 days after the purchase date as long as return criteria listed applies.

Products that have major damages and are determined to have been caused by unnatural use by the customer will not be accepted. This will be determined on a case by case basis with the benefit of the doubt given to the customer.

International returns: Shipping fees will not be refunded. However, a full refund of the item(s) price will be given if return criteria listed above is met.
